In Tarentaise, for centuries, Savoyard families have used a special knife to cut small squares from rolled-out dough made with wheat and eggs. These are Crozets! They were then gently dried in the sun, preserving an authentic traditional craft that Alpina has chosen to continue.

To make delicious Crozets, you need quality ingredients. That is why Alpina Savoie Crozets are made with wheat from France and eggs from free-range hens raised in France. The ingredients are then combined and prepared in their workshops in Chambéry.
